I don't have any outstanding health issues and I don't want to. Plus, I want to run with the kids and set an example of health and being active myself. <br /><br />Do you have an ipod? If so, you could try the couch to 5k program. There are free pod casts. Not getting to the gym during the week, I would say maybe shoot for this when it is warmer outside. <br /><br />Could you run/ walk outside for 1/2 an hour?<br /><br />Other ideas you could do at home would be a yoga DVD, or evil Jillian Michaels and the 30 day shred.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
